韓国の適正技術を学びに。I went to Korea for 6days. part 1

Korea is our neighborhood country.
From Japan to Korea takes just 2hours by airplane.

And our face are really similar, the food and season also. But the language are very different.

Last week i went to korea for stove event. In my korea time were short but it was really deep.

Purpose of the journey, sharing of technology that can be anyone.

アシアナ航空の機内食。もちろん、キムチ付。辛いのが好きな人はチューブのコチュジャンがもらえるようです。

私は何回か韓国のルームメイトと共同生活をする機会があったのに残念ながら韓国語ができません。金浦空港についてからは、韓国語を独学で勉強されているみちるさんが切符を買ってくれました。実は、今回の旅行はてんぷら廃油で走る車のグループの団体旅行で、とっても個性的な生き方の人が集まっています。養豚農家、アカペラのミュージシャン、パクチーの料理人、自給自足的な生活の実践と、集まったメンバーの紹介だけで、一日終わってしまいそうなくらいユニークなメンバーです。広島、福岡組との待ち合わせ場所のユースホステルに向かいました。その途中の電車の中では、みちるさんがハングルの読み方講座を開いてくれて、音で組み立てるハングルの面白さを知りました。

The meeting place was youth hostel. Actually this trip was like a tour. these member were WVO car group. The meaning of WVO is Waste Vegetable Oil. We use for diesel engine.

The policy is "mottainai". as much as possible we don't want to waste anything.

those people are really interesting. If I explain about them it will take one day.

when i saw I was felt that i also want to make remake something.

First day, we saw free school in seoul. I have been liberal high school in japan. it was nice, But i was surprised that school is more liberal and more deep.

He is this school's teacher. I heard that seoul city is helping this free school.
This school is not only one subject, there have different kind of groups.

I have most memorable things about this school.
First one is school for the people who withdraw from school or organization. they will session together.

Another group. When during the under control of school (student) they can practice to make own group of job. i think it's really good practice, because if i want to do self employed by myself, it 's too much risk.

この学校で一番印象に残った事は、ひきこもりになってしまった子どものための学校(グループ)が存在すること、それから学校という組織の管理の下にある状態で、社会的組織を自分たちで立ち上げて、仕事の実践練習ができるというグループがあるということです。

現在の日本だと、学生を卒業すると、自分でなんらかの仕事をしてお金をためてから自分のやりたいことの仕事や、生活にシフトしていくというスタイルが一般的に思えています。

この韓国のフリースクールだと、自分たちがどんな生活を求めているのかがものすごく若い段階で、ゆっくりいろいろ感じながら、実践しながら考えていける余裕があることがとても新鮮で魅力的に思えました。

This is electricity maker made from used bicycle.
The group of bicycle are making original bicycle. they are always using waste bicycles.

自転車発電機。ここの学校には、自転車が好きな人のための自転車グループがありました。捨てられた自転車を組み替えてオリジナルも作っていたりするようです。かっこいいなぁ。

We could see some stove in this school before we went to event of stove.

There have rooftop garden and normal garden in the school. this is rain water sink.

this is restaurant in the school. the worker is this school's student. i heard this is Social Enterprise. sometimes they sell lunch box.

このレストランは、社会的企業でフリースクールの生徒さんたちが運営しているそうです。

there are in the restaurant, the circle Table also this school's student made it. of course these also made from used things.

そこにあった、円卓。みんなの顔を見ながら食事が楽しめるこのテーブル素敵。よく見ると、場合に応じてテーブルも分解できるようです。後ろに見えるロッカーも、生徒さんが廃材を利用して作ったものらしいです。

this method of cooking is very new for me. it’s nice idea! These are chinese cabbage of the leaves around. then first boiling the chinese cabbage after that drying. it's easy!
When the chinese cabbage season in Japan. i want to do it! this year we already thrown it away..

Then Korean people cook these for soup.

このドライ白菜は、お味噌汁なんかに入れるらしいです。一度茹でてあるらしいです。今年はもう間に合わなかったけど、来年は、毎年もったいないと思いつつ捨ててしまっていた、白菜の周りの葉っぱを茹でてドライ白菜をやってみたいと思います。

納豆汁！なんか、納豆は日本だけでどこの国の人にもくさいって思われるんだろうなぁと思っていたのですが、違うんですね！親近感！だけど、青唐辛子が入ってました！辛くておいしかったです！ご飯と混ぜて食べるそうです。

Korean style of eating. When they eat rice and soup, they use spoon, and shouldn't drink soup without spoon. The chopstick are only for the side dish.

Japanese style of eating. When we eat food, we use chopstick usually. and sometimes we drink soup directly〜 hehe..

The culture is very interesting.
When i was in The Philippines and India i was used to eat with hand and spoon.
Then i like to follow the method of eating style when I'm in different culture. because those method can enjoy my meals the best!!

韓国ではご飯、スープ類はスプーンで食べるというマナーがあるそうです。ちなみに、ご飯の器も、スープの器も、日本みたいに持ち上げて食べないのが常識らしいです。器に口つけて飲んでもだめとか、韓国では食事中に話をしながら食べるのもお行儀が悪く思われてしまうと聞いていたのですが、その辺りは韓国の人でも人によって感覚がちょっと違いそうでした。

This is earthworm compost. Put in no salt garbage.

ミミズのコンポスト。塩を混ぜない生ごみを入れるそうです。これも廃材の利用とか。うん、何を見ても素敵でした。
