This is Sara Watanabe's blog.i just want to live happily.

in side of the brown house is grinder. we grind soba seeds. this power from the water. it's nice!

thatched roof (made from straw) one is traditional house in my hometown. the history is about 16500 years ago.

this is inside of brown house. please look at gear. i think handmade. it's awesome.

this is house of farmer, i think it's not JOUMON JIDAI.
in the middle we can cook food using fire. and table heater.

table heater.

in the same house there is horse house too. long time ago we was living together.. by the way, my home town most low temperature is -13 degrees. i think that time was more cold. i find straw shoes for horse. i think those were for snow.

this is cooker. we use charcoal. same as the Philippines and India!

this cooker using wood.

it's Charkha!! i think this is for spinning rope. that rope made from straw.

this also. but this is for silk.

this is most interesting traditional farming implement for me. i want to try it!! this for rice field. between the rice plant always a lot of grass... this farming implement remove that. but looks like Flip-flops.
